Abstract

With the development of the technology related to IIoT, domestic traditional manufacturing industry is striving to achieve the goal of “Industry 4.0”. In view of the difficulties in networking heterogeneous equipment in workshops, real-time data acquistion and data sharing across platforms, which are common in domestic manufacturing enterprises, by combining the relevant technology and background knowledge of IIoT, the communication principle of industrial control signals between a variety of heterogeneous devices is studied. A data acquisition and visual monitoring system for flow shop based on multi-protocol conversion is designed and implemented from three aspects: data acquisition layer, data analysis layer and data service layer. The problem of communication difficulties between different communication protocols in industrial control is solved, and the interconnection between heterogeneous devices with different communication interfaces and different communication protocols in the flow shop is realized. It provides data support services for the workshop to optimize the production plan and reduce the production cost. Verified by the actual case, the data acquisition system is of great significance for the realization of heterogeneous equipment networking and automatic data acquisition and analysis in the flow shop.
