Research on dangerous goods in the inland waterway transportation in Vietnam

Abstract

In recent years, the transportation of dangerous goods on inland waterways has increased, causing many potential risks and incidents causing environmental pollution. In order to manage and minimize risks arising from the transportation of dangerous goods on inland waterways, it is necessary to understand the characteristics about dangerous goods. This study focuses on analyzing the theoretical aspects of the concept, characteristics and legal significance of dangerous goods as a basis for planning and perfecting policies and laws on dangerous goods in the future.
