Abstract

In order to obtain the accurate service demand of scrap steel reverse supply chain for realizing the service resource composition and completion service process, the service demand is classified. Aiming at the difficulty of obtaining service demand information caused by customers’ individual differences, a demand acquisition method is proposed, and then a semantic expression model and ontology model of customer service demand are constructed. The correctness and feasibility of the service demand acquisition method of scrap steel reverse supply chain are verified by a case.
