Abstract

This paper introduces the basic working methods and principles of the dynamic star simulator, and studies the method of correcting the position error of the star point. Through the analysis of the generation mechanism of star point position error, only the measured star point data is corrected, and a new method of star point position error correction is proposed. According to the principle of star point position correction, the offset is calculated, the correction area is divided into four quadrants, and the star points within the target limit are subdivided and the appropriate correction interval is selected, and the correction amount in the correction interval is changed. Observation and analysis, using MATLAB to curve-fit the correction amount and the star point coordinates in the correction interval to obtain the correction amount function. The experimental results show that the corrected maximum single star position error is less than 18", which satisfies the star map simulation accuracy of the dynamic star simulator.
