Abstract

In order to effectively connect the photovoltaic power generation system to the traction power supply system, improve the power quality of the traction power supply system and recycle the regenerative braking energy, a coordinated control method of connecting the PV and battery power generation system to the traction power supply system based on the railway power conditioner (RPC) is proposed. First of all, a topological structure based on RPC is proposed to connect the optical storage system to the traction power supply, and its power quality compensation mechanism is analyzed theoretically. On this basis, considering the operation conditions and traction conditions of the optical storage system, a coordinated control method of connecting the optical storage system to the traction power supply is proposed, which realizes the coordinated control of the optical storage system and the dynamic compensation of the negative sequence of the system. In order to verify the effectiveness of the system structure and coordination control method proposed in this paper, the simulation model of photovoltaic access traction power supply system based on RPC is established in RT lab real-time simulation system, and the real-time simulation is carried out in combination with the actual lighting and traction condition data. The results show that the proposed system structure and coordinated control method can effectively connect the optical storage system to the traction power supply system. Through the coordinated control of the optical storage system, the power quality of the traction power supply system can be effectively improved while the traction power and regenerative braking energy recovery are satisfied.
