Abstract

The cogeneration power plant is developed according to the needs of winter heating in the northern region, and gradually develop to non-fossil energy biomass power plant in line with the national green development concept. During the heating period, a large number of cogeneration power plants operate under the mode of heat-fixing, which results in insufficient peaking capacity of the power grid, and the phenomenon of abandoning wind and light is widespread[1]. In view of the above problems, this paper takes the wind farm, distributed photovoltaic power station and cogeneration power plant in a certain area of Heilongjiang Province as the research object, analyzes the feasibility of cooperation between power grid companies and virtual power plants. Based on the scene analysis method to deal with the uncertainty of wind and light output, three models of virtual power plant single dispatch, virtual power plant coordinated dispatch and virtual power plant-grid company joint optimization scheduling were constructed, and the cooperative space and benefit allocation scheme of virtual power plant-grid company based on cooperative game theory was established. Through the analysis of examples, the rationality and effectiveness of the established model and the economic advantages of the virtual power plant as a whole benefit are verified.
