Abstract

Collaborative theory provides a cooperative education between university and enterprises. University’s personnel training and corporate demand for innovative talents is not proportional to the university is a common phenomenon, usually by enterprises to participate in the cooperative education way to enhance the quality of personnel training, and is a key factor to affect the university personnel training to participate in university enterprise cooperation based on the cultivation of talents. This relationship is investigated by examining how to train innovative talents creativity. In this paper, we argue that organizational creativity encouragement may be a mediator between university and enterprise cooperative education. We test our hypotheses with data collected from 427 students who had participated cooperative education in four Technology Universities, Guangxi. The results support our hypothesis that the university co-operative behavior and enterprise co-operative behavior have significant influence on the innovative talents creativity. This study provides a new perspective in collaborative innovation.
