Abstract

Large-scale development of electric vehicles is an inevitable trend due to the depletion of oil reserves and the need for sustainable development of low-carbon environmental protection. The relevant control issues of a high-power DC charging stack are examined in this work, which is significant and useful for the quick adoption of alternative fuel vehicles. This study examines the current sharing method of parallel modules from two levels of power module and IGBT module in order to address the issue of current sharing in the growth method of high-power DC charging pile. In the power module parallel current sharing method, a signal acquisition circuit is used for acquiring the voltage value of a detection resistor, and the output voltage of a slave module is adjusted according to the output external characteristic of the power module and the voltage difference between the detection resistor of the slave module and the detection resistor of a master module; In that parallel current equalize method for the IGBT modules, the method ensure that the input and output ends are not positioned at the same side of the IGBT modules by Chan the wiring positions of the power line input and output ends of the parallel modules, so that the influence of parallel branch impedance on current equalization is avoided, and the current equalization of the parallel modules is realized.
