Abstract
Colleges and universities shoulder significant tasks of cultivating the talents, developing the knowledge, inheriting and passing the civilization and guiding the society. In the era of knowledge economy, the significance of construction of knowledge innovation system in colleges and universities has highlighted. This research studies the formation of knowledge innovation system in colleges and universities and existing problems in construction of knowledge innovation system in colleges and universities, and puts forward suggestions for construction of knowledge innovation system in colleges and universities.
