Abstract
New media has become an important carrier of campus culture spread, what role it will play in the cultural construction of university campus? How should we understand and use the new media? How to build a new campus culture media era? Based on the reviewing research studies of new media research, this paper explores the impact of new media in the building of new culture and the issues and challenges of new media in the cultural construction of university and college campuses. This paper also discuss the path to build a harmonious campus culture when new media is taken as a carrier.
