Abstract
With the increasing development of social information technology, community-based smart homes, as a new type of lifestyle, are changing people’s lives step by step. However, the services provided by the community are not yet complete, and the management is relatively mechanized. Therefore, improving work efficiency, enriching and improving community services is an issue that has received more and more attention. The article designs the intelligent community interactive system, which fully reveals the system function design, interactive system function design, resource management-related system function design, personal information management system function design, and the influence of system functions on users’ willingness to use. This system gradually establishes a multimedia integrated information interaction center that communicates the residents and residents within the community, the residents and the community management service center, and the residents and the external society.
