Abstract

The coVID-19 outbreak has changed people's way of life, with unprecedented changes in travel, consumption, communication, habits and demands. The changes in the market have brought new challenges and opportunities to the computer manufacturing sector. How to quickly respond to the changes in the environment, adjust the business strategy to meet the needs of customers has become a topic of concern for many enterprises every day. Based on the semi-annual report of the computer integrated Manufacturing sector in 2020, the top 20 enterprises with return on equity were extracted as samples. Factor analysis method is used to analyze and study the enterprise's profitability, development ability and debt paying ability, to find out the advantages and disadvantages of each enterprise's development and make a comprehensive ranking. Those with high scores will carry out experience promotion, while those with low scores will analyze gains and losses, and point out the direction of business strategy change in the next step. Through multi-factor analysis, this paper summarizes how the computer integrated manufacturing sector to seize the opportunities brought by market changes, and how to effectively avoid the risks brought by the change of consumption habits, so as to rapidly improve the development speed of enterprises.
