Abstract

In order to solve the problem of diverse construction indicators of the ubiquitous electric power Internet of Things in distribution transformer service area and the lack of unified evaluation standards, a research on comprehensive evaluation method of reconstruction plan of distribution area based on ubiquitous electricity internet of things is carried out. First of all, combined with the current situations such as non-shared operation and distribution data in distribution transformer service area, duplication of terminal collection equipment functions, and heavy operation and maintenance workload, based on the ubiquitous Internet of Things construction needs in distribution system, the technical structure of the Internet of Things in distribution transformer service area is proposed and the two typical transformation schemes – edge-end separation type and edge-end fusion type are summarized from them. After that, a comprehensive evaluation index system for the construction of smart stations was established from three aspects: the level of operation and distribution, the quality of customer service, and the level of smart things. Second, the DEMATEL-ANP-entropy weight method and the improved gray correlation analysis method are used to determine the weight of each assessment factor and the index scoring function is used to obtain a comprehensive scoring result. Finally, combined with a demonstration project of the power distribution Internet of Things in a city in Jiangsu Province, a comprehensive evaluation of its distribution transformer service area reconstruction plan is performed to verify the feasibility of the proposed comprehensive evaluation method.
