Abstract
Objective This work aims to reduce the dependence of traditional construction machinery design on designers and improve the efficiency of construction machinery modeling and color matching design. Method The discrete theory-based analysis and design method is applied in construction machinery design to realize the concordance of appearance and color matching. Using this method, together with solid geometry and design psychology, the appearance and color matching are analyzed from the perspectives of solid geometry ion and color image, respectively. The psychological theory is adopted to interpret the corresponding relationship between appearance and color matching. Conclusion Combining with the intelligent rapid tunneling robot design in coalmines, the systematic design framework and method for appearance modeling and color matching are proposed, providing some reference for the design of construction machinery.
