Abstract
The development of new computer technologies such as new media technologie and the Internet has greatly promoted the reform of college English teaching. Today, Internet-based distance education has greatly optimized the environment for students to learn English. The development of it has established a more open teaching platform through emerging technologie such as the Internet, breaking through the unreasonable allocation of resources under the traditional teaching mode and promoting education. The booming development plays a vital role. This paper introduces the relationship between each subsystem and their functions and uses UML technology to model college English teaching systems.
