Abstract
To cope with the challenges of traditional quality management system applied in supply chain, which consists of internal practices that are contained within a firm, external practices that cross organizational boundaries integrating a firm with its customers and suppliers, a collaborative quality management system model into supply chain, and corresponding functional modules and framework were all put forward. This mode dealt mainly with constructing and running collaborative quality management system into supply chain, integrated several enabling technologies such as collaborative supported computer work (CSCW), statistical process control (SPC) and comprehensive evaluation. Furthermore, some of key enabling technologies were studied in detail, including collaborative quality design based on CSCW, dynamic process quality control, quality evaluation oriented to product lifecycle. The prototype system of collaborative quality management system into supply chain is developed, which was introduced to demonstrate the rationality and validity of the method as an example of some Heavy Machinery Ltd. It provided an effective method with enterprise implementing supply chain management.
