Abstract

In recent years, more and more academic circles have put their eyes on the circulation of China's coal industry. In the traditional mode of production, supply and marketing of China's coal industry, the circulation cost accounts for 40% of its consumption price. When the coal industry changes to buyer's market, whether it is to reduce the cost of circulation or the promotion from customer service, the coal enterprises are in urgent need of circulation efforts. The way to realize it is for the coal supply chain management. Coal supply chain management mode is changed from simple purchasing agent model to circulation service provider mode. It includes three basic modes: the basic logistics distribution mode, the coal purchasing agent model and the coal circulation service provider model. At present, most of the coal supply chain enterprises in China are in second modes.
