Abstract

Black start is the last line of defense for urban power grid to deal with large-scale blackouts. The rapidity and stability of its recovery are of great significance to urban security and stability. Aiming at the characteristics of less local power supply, high load proportion and large proportion of external power in urban power grid, this paper puts forward a collaborative black start method inside and outside the network. For the urban internal power grid, the local black start voltage security control strategy and zoning black start strategy are proposed; For the urban external power grid, the black start principle of external power grid is established, and then the collaborative black start mode inside and outside the network is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation comparison.
