Abstract
With the increase of airspace density, it is an important measure to improve flight safety, as well as hot issue in this field, that preventing the air collision between aircrafts, or aircraft and the threat in complex weather. Aiming at the two-layer conflict resolution capability required by the concept of TBO, this paper proposes two conflict resolution algorithms for tactical layer and strategic layer respectively. On tactical layer, a method for short conflict resolution based on artificial potential field algorithm is put forward. It improves the potential field function so as to solve the problem of unreachable and no-convergence in application. The multi-aircraft conflict resolution is verified by simulation. On strategic layer, the Genetic Algorithm (GA) based on disturbance mode implements a middle-term conflict resolution and then the conflict-free optimal path of 10 to 20 minutes in advance is obtained. The population of route points is constructed by real number coding; the GA solve method of traversing the initial solution space with multiple disturbance mode is proposed; the elitist strategy is applied to increase performance. Experiments prove the methods proposed in this paper can ensure the aircraft meets the two-layer conflict resolution requirement of TBO.
