Abstract

A long-term incentive equity incentive system for listed companies, especially high-tech enterprises have meaningful. In this paper, the content of high-tech companies to start, analysis of China's high-tech enterprises have unique characteristics, the implementation of equity incentive for the value of high-tech companies, China's high-tech enterprise status and implementation of equity incentive problems, and for of proposed countermeasures and suggestions to promote equity incentives in China's high-tech companies in the smooth implementation of the performance of the company from promoting the effective improvement.
