Abstract

Taking the localization of CRH5 EMU traction control as the application background, a carrier phase-shifted real-time control strategy and implementation method based on virtual phase target are proposed. The composition of the main traction circuit of CRH5 EMU is described, and the influence of carrier phase-shifted control strategy on the current harmonic distribution on the AC side is explained. According to the carrier phase-shifted angle target of four quadrant rectifier and the PWM modulation interruption mechanism, the virtual phase target of the interruption point is calculated, the PI closed-loop control is carried out with the network voltage phase obtained by the digital phase-locked loop, and the PWM carrier period is adjusted in real time to realize the carrier phase-shift of EMU. Through simulation tools and CRH5 EMU line test, the influence of the carrier phase-shifted strategy on the equivalent interference current Jp value of EMU networking side is evaluated, and its feasibility and effectiveness are verified.
