Abstract

This article based on the relationship between energy and electricity and economic development in Shanghai, the structural relationship between energy supply and energy consumption, combined with the relevant policy requirements of carbon peaking and the requirements of the 14th Five-Year Plan documents, this paper constructs a carbon emission measurement model and a production and operation optimization model. Dialectically analyze the boundary relationships such as carbon peaking, power balance, and power purchase cost, and analyze the impact of different carbon peak times on power purchase costs. In-depth study of Shanghai's energy supply and demand situation, under the condition that electricity consumption exceeds expectations, reasonably assume carbon peaking scenarios at different times of carbon emission peaking, and analyze the changes in electricity purchase costs under different scenarios and the challenges and impacts they face. With the help of the research and calculation of the model, the economic boundary theory research is carried out, hoping to accurately grasp the changes in Shanghai's electricity consumption, energy structure, carbon emission peaking time, and electricity purchase costs, and then put forward cost optimization strategies and suggestions, so as to provide support for the company's business decision-making, support the early realization of Shanghai's carbon peak, and promote the company's long-term stable development.
