Abstract

Triaxial flight vibration test system is a test equipment to simulate the multi degree of freedom vibration environment suffered by the missile during flight. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test data of the test system, the calibration technology of displacement amplitude and attitude angle under the coupling vibration environment of the test system is studied: the measurement model of vibration displacement and angle is firstly established based on the principle of Doppler measurement; secondly, based on laser vibration measurement technology and adjustable measuring tooling, the in-situ calibration device of the test system is developed, and the anti-vibration deformation of the measuring tooling is simulated and analyzed by using SolidWorks software to verify the correctness of the tooling design; finally, the calibration test of the test system is carried out by using the calibration device, and the measurement uncertainty is given. This method can provide a strong guarantee for the effective traceability of the test system.
