Abstract
Based on the study of calculation method of external convective heat transfer coefficient of civil aircraft, this paper proposes a simulation calculation method, heat transfer formula method, which can be used to solve the external convective heat transfer coefficient of each part of aircraft under flight conditions. The STAR-CCM+ software is used as the calculation platform. Based on a civil aircraft, the theoretical reference temperature method is used to verify the heat transfer formula method. The results show that the difference between the simulation value of heat transfer formula method and the theoretical value of reference temperature method is about 8% of the theoretical value, so the value calculated by heat transfer formula method is basically accurate. Correct the theoretical value based on the simulated value, that can be used to solve the external convective heat transfer coefficient of each part of aircraft.
