Abstract

Food production line balance is a key factor affecting food production cost, delivery time and service level. In order to reduce costs and improve efficiency, it is necessary to study the balance of food production line. This paper takes pastry production as the research object, analyzes the production status and production line balance, builds a production line balance optimization model, designs a genetic algorithm, and uses MATLAB programming to solve. Finally, before and after comparison of the production line balance, the improved production line beat is reduced by 28.2%, the production line balance rate is increased by 39.1%, the smoothing coefficient is reduced by 75.7%, the output is increased by 22.8%/day, and the total cost is saved by 205545.6 yuan/year. The results show that a reasonable production line balance design has an important positive effect on the company's cost, delivery time and other indicators.
