Abstract
AbstractThis article summarizes and analyzes the secondary safety measures and regulations archival data of smart substation work ticket, establishes electrical archives database of typical safety measures, and converts the relay protection language of safety measures in archives database into semantics identifiable by computer, which matches implementation and operation objects modeled in maintenance work of substation analyzing SCD file archives to realize the automatic generation of operating maintenance and repair safety measures for smart substation secondary system. With the aid of archival data of safety measures, it has effectively improved efficiency and accuracy of safety measure compilation, provided the significant decision-making basis for safe operations, and improved the technical level of safe production.KeywordsArchivesSafety measuresRelay protectionSemantic matching
