Abstract
In order to solve the problem of flight delay caused by low manual scheduling efficiency of airport special vehicles, the paper proposes to take fuel tanker and ferry vehicle as the research object to minimize the sum of the number of fuel tanker and ferry vehicle. The shortest path for the vehicle; A special vehicle scheduling model with the minimum time difference between the vehicle arrival time and the earliest service time is the optimization objective, and NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve the model to obtain a set of frontier solutions and a better scheduling scheme. By comparing with the manual scheduling scheme, it is concluded that the proposed scheduling model can efficiently schedule the airport special vehicles and provide a better scheduling scheme for decision makers.
