Abstract

The problem of airport site selection involves many influence factors; it belongs to multi-attribute decision-making problem. In order to solve the problem, fuzzy decision-making thesis is introduced. Firstly evaluation criteria system is established which consist of 4 first-grade criteria including execution conditions, operation conditions, operation supports, social and economic conditions. Secondly, triangular fuzzy number is introduced into representing the evaluation value of different alternatives in the decision matrix by several experts. The final evaluation value of each alterative is achieved after considering weight of each expert and weight of each criterion. In order to rank final evaluation value expressed by triangular fuzzy number, the degree of dominance between alternatives is defined by the way of difference of two triangular fuzzy numbers. The complementary judgment matrix expressed by crisp number is built up on degree of dominance between alternatives. The ordering vector of alternatives, which is eigenvector, is figured out from complementary judgment matrix. At last, a numeric example is made to demonstrate the method proposed in this paper is effective and feasible.
