Abstract

Expansion of the city and needs of the village development make the contradiction of the land use between cities and villages increasingly sharp, and mainly embodied in agricultural land use. In the villages around cities in the Pearl River Delta (PRD) region, the phenomenon is the most obvious. Through studying the relevant information, and taking Jiutan Village in Guangzhou as the research object with tracking investigation, this paper analyzed and summarized the current situation of agricultural land use and the change characteristics in villages around the PRD cities, and discussed its motive power mechanism through the angle of city planning balance benefit and fair. Finally this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for using agriculture land in the village.
