Abstract

Different from the previous multi terminal flexible DC project, the transmission end of Zhangbei flexible DC power grid test demonstration project adopts AC energy dissipation device to solve the problem of power surplus. Aiming at the imbalance of positive and negative active power of DC power grid caused by the failure exit of converter in Zhangbei project, this paper puts forward the adaptive active power control strategy of positive and negative converter in converter stations at each end of DC power grid, and builds a real-time simulation platform of DC control and protection system of Zhangbei project based on RTDS to simulate the single converter failure and double converter failure at power sending end, power receiving end and voltage regulating end respectively, The proposed multi converter station active power coordination control strategy is verified by simulation. The test results show that the multi converter station active power coordination control strategy proposed in this paper is correct and reliable.
