Abstract

With the wide access of distributed generation in active distribution network and the rise of big data, in the case of fully considering the active or passive characteristics of distributed generation, the research on the network structure and equipment configuration of active distribution network can greatly increase the absorption capacity of active distribution network to distributed energy, and ensure the power quality in active distribution network, so as to improve the reliability of power supply. In this paper, the planning objectives, principles, and processes of active distribution network planning are proposed. And a two-layer network planning method considering economy and permeability is proposed in this paper. Through the joint optimization of upper and lower layers, the optimal grid scheme is obtained. This paper analyzes the distribution network structure at home and abroad, puts forward the typical grid structure suitable for the flexible operation of active distribution network, and gives the transformation scheme and planning strategy of active distribution network structure, which provides reference for the planning design and investment decision-making of grid structure transformation of active distribution network.
