Abstract

An active and passive compound vibration control system on the basis of photoelectric displacement detection technique is presented. Position Sensitive Detector was used as vibration detective component, which can overcome the shortages of acceleration transducer, such as low precision in detecting vibration of low frequency and complexity in signal post processing. The dynamic model was established based on displacement detection technique and electromagnet executive theory. Experimental apparatus were designed and executed, and the performance of vibration isolation was verified by experiments. Results suggest that compound control has the advantages of both active control and passive control. The transmissibility of vibration isolation is less than 20%.
