Abstract

The influence of ultrasonic cavitation on the detonation nanodiamond (DND) suspensions is studied in the article. It has been established that during the ultrasonic irradiation of DND suspensions during 90 minutes at oscillation frequency of 22 kHz and wave irradiation intensity of 6 W/cm2 the phase of lonsdaleite is formed. The results of microscopic, thermal and X-ray diffraction analyses are given.
