Abstract

The main topic of this paper is cross-correlation detection and time delay estimation methods for fixed targets in non-cooperative bistatic radar systems. A time delay estimation method based on segment correlation - video integration is proposed to solve the problem of doppler mismatched loss for moving targets. Simulation results show that weak moving target can be detected and time delay can be fast estimated by segment correlation - video integration method, even when the difference of the signal-noise ratio of the reference channel and target channel is very great.
