Abstract

The issue of employee turnover in apparel industry organizations is an essential element in influencing their overall business success. The constant shift of workers leads to oscillations in the quality of work output. This paper initially examines the effect of the level of employee satisfaction with business processes functioning on the occurrence of internal or external turnover intentions. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods are applied with the purpose of the determination of the potential of corporate social responsibility (CSR) dimensions integration into the business processes of apparel industry organizations to reduce external turnover rates. Through the conducted research, conclusions about the potential success of the proposed measure of the integration of CSR dimensions in apparel industry organizations of different sizes are drawn, as well as practical implications for engineering managers within apparel industry.
