Abstract

The objective of this paper is double layer competition sports flooring. The orthogonal regression experiments were carried out in order to establish the regression equations between keel structral influence factors (keel siding, keel thickness, keel spacing) and property indexes of sports flooring (force reduction rate Fr, standard vertical deformationVd, ball rebound rate Br). Through SPSS analysis method it find that factors and factor interaction have significant effect on Fr,Vd and Br respectively at a 95% or above confidence level. Then the regression equations of each experimental index are established and the optimum factor combinations are found out. After balancing the three experimental indexes, this paper concludes the comprehensive optimum keel structural parameters for whole property which are the span keel spacing 500mm×500mm, keel cross section 50mm×50mm. The regression equations show the statistical relationship between keel structure and property. They can be directly applied to assist the design, production procedure of keel and the field installation of sports flooring.
