Research of Society Management in Russian Transitional Period

Abstract

In the Russian Society and during the transitional period, there used to be a great amount of serious political, economical and spiritual crises. All of these serious political, economical and spiritual crises could be dated back to very deep reasons. As for the deep reasons, there are multiple aspects for the reasons of serious political, economical and spiritual crises during the transitional period. From the perspective of social management, we are able to discover something form the Russian society during the transitional period. We are able to discover that there was a lack of management. The lack and the vacuum of management were closely related to the breakdown of the old management system and the arrangement of the social management in new period of time. The lack and the vacuum of management are related to the transitional period as closely as each breath is to the next. As for the Russian administrators, here is the method to solve the serous political, economical and spiritual crises. Only by connecting the management theories and the experiences outside the country of Russian with the actual practice inside the Russian society can the management problems that were in face of the Russian society during the transitional period be solved from the fundamental aspects.
