Abstract

AbstractThe article presents the results of research on reinforced frame composites based on epoxy resins. The problems of their structure formation and durability under the influence of mechanical loads are considered. The compositions of frames and matrices for frame composites are selected. For the tests, epoxy-diane resins, fillers obtained by grinding rocks, solvents, dispersed reinforcement and other components were selected. The regularities of the structure formation are revealed and the dependences of the strength and durability of polymer composites with different components are obtained. The study of structural changes in the composites was carried out by IR spectroscopy. As a result of the conducted studies, the influence of the nature of fillers on the degree of curing of polymer materials based on epoxy resin was established. It follows from the obtained results that the introduction of the filler in the optimal quantitative content has a positive effect on the strength characteristics of polymer composites and allows us to obtain a wide range of effective materials with the desired properties. The use of industrial waste as fillers in the manufacture of materials reduces the cost of composites. Frameworks with the use of various fillers are investigated. Technological properties are improved due to the use of various solvents in matrix compositions. Composites of the frame structure with increased physical and mechanical properties are obtained.
