Research of Physical Unclonable Function

Abstract

Physical Unclonable Function is a physical unclonable process function which refers to input a challenge to a physical entity, which use its inevitable changes in the physical details to output a random unpredictable response. This paper sums up the current proposed classification of main implementation of PUF, and then based on the physical properties of these PUF, this paper analysis some of the specific application methods, and gives an overview of PUF in these applications.
