Abstract

This paper considers base ways of gauge of the fire signal system building. In details are considered method of pi- rometric gauges building and principles of its action. The main idea of this article is to show method and mcans of noise charac- tcr in pirometric gauge research. In the articlc is contain information about laboratory bench for noise character in pirometric gaugeresearch. n an industry the large quantity of technological I processes is application-dependent with danger- ously explosive of gas-dispersed systems: processes dusts thickening, pneumotransportation, commin- uting of materials, dehumidification, storage, bum- ing, polishing of surfaces, machining of combusti- ble materials, compositing of powder compositions and their pressing. Abnormal situation or the in- fringements of technological modes can create conditions for ignition of gas-dispersed system, the process of which buming can carry character of explosion. Necessary condition of occurrence of explo- sion is the presence of a combustible dust with concentration within the limits of ignition. and source of ignition. The pressure at such explosion is accompanied by a wave of compression, which speed in an environment from several centimeters up to several hundreds meters per one second. The fast increase of pressure of explosion is in most cases sufficient for destruction or damage of the equipment. This danger amplifies, if the initial flare of a dust of local character results in a aerosol con- dition significant quantities of the besieged dust with its by ignition. In this case explosion can be distributed so long as there is a combustible dust. This feature is most important for distinction of explosion dusts from explosion of combustible gases and fallows. The mix is especially dangerous, if it contains a combustible dispersed dust, and the gases phase contains combustible pairs or gases. Higher sensitivity of such mix results in ignition easily to the destructive combined explosion of a dust and gas (explosions in coal mines). Usual fire-prevention means for gas- dispersed system ineffective owing to the large speed of distribution of a flame front, in some cases passing in a detonation. For burst prevention of explosion safety and successful suppression of explosion, it is necessary to find out the center of development of explosion on as it is possible for earlier stage of development.
