Abstract
AbstractA trend of large-scale wind power integration has been formatted in China. However, current conventional Energy Management System (EMS) can not be suitable for this new demand. In this paper, based on the operational characteristics of wind power and the concept of uniform dispatch, the basic supporting platform, application modules and their key technologies and implementation methods of EMS are analyzed to ensure the safe and economic operation of power grid with large-scale wind power integration.
