Abstract

Objective This paper classified Mongolian medicine prescription into certain types by using fuzzy c-means algorithm(FCM) and hard c-means algorithm(HCM), and explored the rationality of two kinds of clustering algorithm. Methods This paper chose 35 Mongolian medicine prescription for treating heat syndrome disease as experimental data, and preprocessed the data first, and then classified medicine prescription into 4,5,6 types by using fuzzy c-means algorithm(FCM) and hard c-means algorithm(HCM). Results Compared with HCM, the classification results of FCM are more evenly classified and consistent with the ideas of the original literature. Therefore, the FCM algorithm is more reasonable. Conclusion According to results of Mongolian prescription clustering analysis, FCM has a better clustering effect than HCM, which can be widely used in Mongolian prescription clustering analysis, and will provide decision-making support function for the development of new drug.
