Abstract
Therapeutic efficacy and security of herpes simplex virus-thymidine kinase(HSV-TK)gene therapy has been evaluated by the treatment of malignant eerebroma, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer and etc. The results show that HSV-TK gene therapy can improve patients life quality, delay cancer growth, recurrence and metastasis, and it has no obvious side effects.
