Low of our country's power grid voltage quality, high network loss situation determines the using optimization method for power system reactive power optimization compensation is imperative, this to save power, improve the voltage quality, improve the stability of power network, and has important practical significance and remarkable economic benefit. Therefore, reactive power planning in distribution network optimization problem of research, not only has theoretical significance, but also has practical application value.
