Abstract
The secure digital (SD) card is a new generation memory device based on semiconductor flash memory. SDIO is one of the most important interface techniques of embedded system. Therefore, the paper analyzes the working principle of SD card and Linux MMC/SD/SDIO system structure. Finally, the SD card driver has been transplanted to a hardware platform based on AT91SAM9261 as the CPU.
