Abstract
AbstractIn planetary gear reducer, axle and hole of planetary gear are assembled by interference fit. The value and distribution of contact pressure in interference fit mainly depend on factors such as interference fit value and coefficient of friction of mating surface. These factors directly affect the working state and service life of the planet carrier. In order to study assembly stress of interference fit between axle and hole of planetary gear under different conditions, the suitable interference fit value and surface friction coefficient of the interference fit between axle and hole of planetary are discussed. ABAQUS software is used to simulate assembly process of interference fit under different conditions. The dynamic pressing force, the optimal interference and the optimal friction coefficient of the planetary axle are obtained. The comparison between simulation results and calculation results shows that the assembly process simulation of ABAQUS has high accuracy.KeywordsPlanetary gear reducerInterference fit valueFriction coefficientABAQUS simulation
