Abstract

In E-business age, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has become a key factor in business success. Recent interest in relationship management and relationship marketing has led many firms to consider how to improve customer retention rates. In this paper, authors studied the characteristics of CRM system based on the environment of E-business, and supplied the solution of CRM system in E-business environment, and discussed the implementation of CRM under E-business environment. We hope this paper will be an exploratory study and designed to provide reference for the theory community and the business community.
