Abstract
A novel content-based video copy detection method was proposed. As video information application had a strong temporal redundancy, a key-frame selection algorithm was presented, and the ordinal measure of the AC coefficients of its Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) was used as its feature, then the L1 norm distance was computed for the similarity measure of the video. Results show that our method obtains a significant performance against several kinds of geometric transforms.
