Research of best dose of fentanyl combined with propofolum in conscius sedation bronchofibroscopy

Abstract

Objective To investigate the best dose of fentanyl and propofolum in conscious sedation bronchofibroscopy.Methods 420 patients were divided into three groups(140 cases each group):Ⅰ group(fentanyl 0.5 μg/kg intravenous injection),Ⅱ group(fentanyl 1.0 μg/kg intravenous injection)and Ⅲgroup(fentany[1.5 μg/kg intravenous injection),then iniected intravenously propofolum slowly,bronchofibroscopy was carried out when eyelashes and corneal reflex disappeared.Unwell of patients,time of bronchofibroscopy,onset time of anesthetic,time of palinesthesia and consciousness,HR,SPO2,SBP and DBP before,during and after examination and dose of propofolum were observed.Results There was higher rate of unwell,part of patients need more propofolum and longer examination time in Ⅰ group than Ⅱ and Ⅲ group(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).SPO2 in Ⅲ group decreased more significantly than Ⅰ and Ⅱ group(P＜0.05).SPO2 in Ⅰ and Ⅱ group was mostly normal.SPO2 in Ⅲ group was below 80%,and reverted after treatment.BP in three groups in examination decreased more significantly than before examination(P＜0.01),but reverted quickly after examination.Conclusions Fentanyl intravenous injection of 1.0-1.5 μg/kg once combined with propofolum in conscious sedation bronchofibroscopy is a safe,effective and desirable comparatively method.
