David A. Reibel (University ofYork, 22 Elmsfield Terrace, York, Great Britain Y031 IEH) is studying the life of Quaker grammarian Lindley Murray (1745-1826). English Quaker author Amelia Opie (1769-1853) is the subject ofresearch by William McCarthy, Professor Emeritus, Iowa State University (1 124 Prospect St. Westfield, NJ 07090). Ruth Hyde Paine (551 25th Ave. S.E, St. Petersburg, FL 33705) is researching Quakers and the delegation sent to Nicaragua in 1 927 by the Fellowship of Reconciliation. T. Earle Edwards (235 Crosslands Drive, Kennett Square PA 19348) is researching Friends General Conference, 1951 to 1954. Research into the history ofFriends in Cape May County, New Jersey, is being undertaken by Memma S. Kilgannon (2753 Lantern Lane, Audubon, PA 19043-2240).
